Originally from Belgium (Liège and Charleroi region), Patrice Schoune and Tiffany Leroy decided to create a bridge between Belgium and Quebec by making several Belgian products available on the North American market. ​

It all started in April 2021 and following the many requests from our already well-established clientele thanks to the Ferme Brasserie Schoune .

Indeed, Patrice Schoune, sommelier brewer and farmer, has been producing Belgian-style beer since 1996. The brewery has become an essential place for the Belgian community established in Quebec.
