Return and Delivery Policy

2. AVAILABILITY AND PRODUCTS
La Boutique Belge et Plus reserves the right, without notice or obligation, to discontinue or modify the selection of products offered on this site.
If the desired product is not available on the website, it may be that we are simply out of stock or that we have decided not to import any more. Contact us to find out more, we will be happy to process your request.

3. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES
Once the transaction is completed, it is not possible to cancel your order.
No refunds will be made.
It is however possible to modify your order by adding articles or by exchanging certain articles, provided that the amount is the same and that the article is available. For any changes to be made to your order, contact us at laboutiquebelge5@gmail.com and we will deal with your request on a case-by-case basis.
In some cases, a refund is possible but you will be charged a 5% transaction fee.

The best thing to do is to check your order carefully before making payment. In case of refund, a 5% is deducted from the total amount of your purchase.
4. PRICE AND PROMO CODE
The retail prices displayed are in Canadian dollars, before taxes and shipping costs. The goods and services tax (GST) is calculated at the rate of 5% on the selling price to which is added the Quebec sales tax (QST) which is calculated at the rate of 9.975% on the selling price excluding the GST.
Transport costs are calculated according to the destination. For any purchase over $100 in Quebec and Ontario, shipping (Standard delivery) is free*.
If the total amount of your order does not reach $100, you are not eligible for free shipping. It is useless to contact us to request to benefit from it. The condition is clear, a certain amount must be reached to benefit from the offer.
The total amount is payable in a single payment during the transaction.
La Boutique Belge et Plus reserves the right to modify the retail and delivery prices at any time and without notice. The prices on the site may differ from the prices displayed in the store.
Any order with a PROMO CODE that has not been entered before finalizing your purchase cannot be modified. We work with professionals so that all information is clearly indicated when browsing our website. It is your responsibility to be attentive and to contact us before finalizing your purchase if your promo code does not work.

Prices do not include transport and taxes.
No promo code can be added once your purchase has been finalized.
5. SHIPPING AND RECEIVING
Once the order has been completed and paid for on our online store, it will be processed within 2 to 5 working days. The package will be delivered within 2-10 working days.
Parcels are sent via different delivery partners. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number. We invite you to click on it to be redirected to the service provider's website to follow your package.
Free shipping over $100 is available for Quebec and Ontario only.
In case of absence for reception: If there is no one at the destination address to accept the package, depending on the service provider, a delivery notice will be left, informing you of the procedure to follow to recover the package at the post office. The package is kept for 15 days before being returned to us.
In the case of a return of a package which has not been picked up or which has not been dropped off for lack of security or because no one was present at the home, the shipping costs for a second attempt will be at your expense. .
IN-STORE PICKUP
You can pick up your orders at our store. This service is free. The usual time to collect your order is 24 hours following the purchase of it. However, this time may vary depending on the availability of the items ordered and opening hours.
Saturday to Sunday, 12 p.m. to 6 p.m.
6. PAYMENT
Orders placed on the La Boutique Belge et Plus website must be paid for by credit card. We accept Visa and Mastercard, American Express credit cards directly on the La Boutique Belge and More website.
If you do not wish to use the online payment services offered, you can contact us.
We also offer assistance for online purchases.
Once the transaction is completed, it is not possible to cancel your order.
We do not issue refunds. For any problem with your order, write to us at laboutiquebelge5@gmail.com
7. DELIVERY PROBLEMS
Occasionally, an order is canceled by our system for a variety of reasons, such as item unavailability, difficulty processing your payment information, inability to deliver to the address provided, or duplicate a previous order. If necessary, you will be informed as soon as possible of the reasons for the cancellation of the order.
